#100DaysOfSkyrim (2018-’20)

Skyrim is set in a vast, beautiful and battle-torn province that harbours a never-ending depth of history, traditions, lore, characters and mythology. It’s undoubtedly influenced by Tolkien’s Middle Earth and happens to be one of the most visually and aurally stunning video games I’ve ever played.

Given that I’ve been immersed in this world since 2011, I wanted to bring elements of it out of the screen and into my physical world. There are endless numbers of objects, ingredients, armour, weaponry, books, apparel, foods, potions etc. to find, collect, create, use, sell or if you’re so inclined, steal… I used this bonanza of loot as inspiration to create 100 mini paintings as an ode to the wonderful folk who created it.
